Diy Cervical Traction
June 29: Gods of Metal 2008
Sunday I arrived at about four and a half, while playing the Morbid Angel .. I tried to hear 5 minutes and I had already broken: D
Then it happened to Yngwie Malmsteen, a character that I absolutely wanted to see and I've seen up close because there were few people under the stage. He played two of the three pieces that I wanted to hear, and that Rising Force Trilogy Suite op5 solo (which would be this cool .. http://it.youtube.com/watch?v=ckTBQKfYtYo that!). The piece that I played but it was Gates of Babylon .. sin. Ripper Owens was perfect, even though he sang just because the character was Malmsteen, with its absurd and placed his own moves, and his solos were the protagonists. In the penultimate song has ripped all the strings of the guitar .. then he changed to a glossy white Fender after the last song he launched into the air fall to the ground twice, then took it to the handle and the floor has cracked in 3 pieces that he pulled to the public. He is the hero, the guitar is nothing: B): After
Malmsteen's Iced Earth were you know something .. were good as usual, but not particularly loving them I saw them from the lawn. Towards the end of their concert I went over to take place for Priest.
During the break between the Priest and Iced I succeeded in being close to the stage in a central position, since I managed to keep incredibly throughout the concert because it was a very quiet concert unlivable without the mess that characterizes the first rows of the concerts of Iron . At the Gods in which they played Iron's Early Days Part 1 I walked over people, there was no way to stay in balance and in some songs you had to think about not just run over .. but this time I enjoyed the whole concert with a huge public participation but without undue trouble. It will be that there were many girls and also people in their fifties. Just before the concert they put on Priest War Pigs Black Sabbath and the whole audience to sing it as if there were Ozzy & co on stage: lol:
